About myself: I have been in financial services area for more than 15 years, including short periods with global financial institutions in Amsterdam and London. Last eigth years I've been with Swedbank in Estonia, of these the last five in corporate loans restructuring. I have worked with large corporate loans and in many cases in property sector.
Since February 2012, I aim to contribute to corporate development projects within Estonia as an independent financial and strategic advisor. Most importantly, I would focus on smaller and mid-sized companies, also the ones having difficult times. I'm convinced that I can, in many cases add value by giving an inspiring second opinion. In case of a good match, I can contribute financially myself.
